Crosstrax, a secure case management platform, to communicate with clients. Through Crosstrax, you can send and receive secure messages, upload or download case files, view surveillance videos, and access invoices, all in one place.

All case updates, reports, photos, and surveillance videos will be securely uploaded to your Crosstrax client portal. You’ll receive a notification when new files are available for viewing or downloading.

Hourly Rate. Most investigations are billed hourly.
Travel Fee – Locations outside a certain mileage radius from Jacksonville may incur an additional charge.
Domestic Cases – Billed at an hourly rate with a retainer fee. A flat rate can also be arranged, depending on the circumstances, with the retainer fee applied toward the total cost.
Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Cases – Billed hourly, door-to-door.

A retainer fee is an upfront payment that secures services and covers initial investigative work. Any unused portion will be refunded at the end of your case.

For surveillance cases, you’ll typically receive an update within 24 hours or less after the assignment. Final reports and all related files are provided within one week of the last day worked on your case.

The schedule is based on the needs of each case and the subject's activity.
